Sage CRM 2019 R1 has focused on incremental improvements and enhancements of existing features. We have continued to grind down on existing bugs and the Release Notes document over 40 issues addressed in this release. Some of the key highlights include:
- View all your tasks and appointments in the calendar in MY CRM
- Use ActiveX Document Drop plugin in Internet Explorer to attach documents to custom entity
- Use Quick Find to instantly search for newly-added entities in the search index
- Make a group available to all users as an Info Admin
