This notice is to remind you that Sage CRM Version 7.3 is being retired effective September 30, 2018 and will no longer be supported. For continued support, please encourage customers to upgrade to version 2017 or later.

- Calendar– Create quick appointments for other users, and better customise and sort the calendar list.
- Quick Find – Quick Find has been improved to allow users to perform a more detailed search.
- Supported character sets – Improved support for Unicode characters, including special characters and emojis.
- Customer Cases – More than 50 customer cases have been addressed with this release, continuing our commitment to supporting our valued customers.
