Job Description
- Implementation of CRM application and Contact Center from requirement gathering, business flow designing, gap analysis, customization preparation, data migration, user manual preparation, training and so on.
- Conducting the project team
- Helping the sales for demonstration and consulting sometimes
Qualification
- Male or Female, age 25-35 years
- At least Bachelor?s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business Management or other related fields.
- Experience in implementation of any software. (CRM software will be advantage)
- Knowledge about CRM
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Willing to contribute and work as a team
