We have been installed Commence RM for many sites including Sales Force Automation, Marketing Automation and also Customer Support. This has created reputation of Commence software and our company for Mid-market CRM in Thailand.

Sundae Solutions was signing agreement with Sage Software Inc. to be solution provider and developer partner of Sage CRM, Sage CRM SalesLogix and other Sage ACCPAC product family. Sage CRM and Sage CRM SalesLogix are one of CRM software leader in the CRM market. It uses proven technology of web based application and has been designed for Contact Center purposed with anywhere anytime concept. We do believe that Sage CRM and Sage CRM SalesLogix will be present and future CRM solution for many organizations in Thailand and the World.

Also, Sundae Solutions was authorized by Voxtron (Belgium) and Voicetel (Thailand) to be solution provider of Contact Center Solutions under “Agentel” & “Axxium” products and “Voicetel” products.
